This Waiver and Release is for the benefit of Pinspiration Franchise Group, LLC d/b/a Pinspiration, a Delaware constrained liability enterprise, (the “Firm”) and all of the corporation’s franchisees and licensees, and any and all in their respective officers, directors, administrators, owners, staff members, and agents (hereinafter collective
